Overnight McCormick Trip

The McCormick Wilderness of Ottawa National Forest is an inaccessible tract of land nestled deep in the Peshekee Highlands with no marked trails. To explore these lands I set out on an overnight hiking adventure, setting up camp next to White Deer Lake and heading out on a large loop that encompasses a good chunk of the western side of the park.
