The Bluffs of Diorite
After pushing off this ’easy’ hike several times due to inclement weather I finally tackle the bluffs northwest of Diorite in this two-part story. The first post focuses on the long trek in from Wolf Lake Road, along the edge of the bluff, while the second explores the old American Gold Mine and the walk back from Diorite.
